Keep your pony feeling fab with these fun and easy carrot stretches!
Carrot stretches are a bit like yoga for your pony! They’ll keep him flexible and help him become more supple when you ride. Using a treat can encourage him to do the exercises correctly because they act as a tasty reward for him when he gets them right.

What will you need?
- carrots or a hand-held lick
- a flat, non-slip surface
- headcollar
- gloves to protect your fingers
- boots and a hat
