Otto G. Rowe is an elderly man who spends his days sat on the porch admiring his farm. He owns two horses, Stevie and Harley, who he loves dearly. Over the years, Stevie and Harley go on many adventures, from saving their woodland neighbours from a fire to pulling carriages to transport locals around the village – it’s not only Otto who appreciates and adores these gentle giants! One day, Otto couldn’t help but wonder what lies ahead for his beloved animals. But what’s he got in mind to give these wonderful Gypsy Vanner horses a new sense of purpose?

This short story reminds us of the reasons why we love horses and shows how much happiness and joy they bring to our lives.
