After feeling inspired watching the Shetland Grand National at the London International Horse Show, Harlow wants to pursue her dream of having a go on Cloudy. Although Cloudy is super-cute he is feeling a bit stubborn about having a go at something new. Will Cloudy overcome his willingness to cooperate and help Harlow achieve her Shetland racing dreams?
