What did you do this half term?

Tick off our checklist to see if you had a really ponyfied week

It’s almost the end of half term and the Sunday scaries will soon kick in as you prepare to go back to school, so there’s no better time than now to reflect on the pony-packed week you’ve had! See how many pony-filled days you can tick off with things you’ve done with your pony this half term. If you’ve not managed to complete all of them, save this list ready for the weekend or next time you’re off school!

1. Had a Pony pamper session – a long session when you gave your pony a good groom and maybe even a massage. It might have been just what he needed to feel sooo relaxed!
2. Tried something new on your pony – what was it? A new jumping height? A new dressage move?
3. Gone on a new hacking route – did you both enjoy the new route and will you be doing it again?
4. Showed your pony PONY mag and read it to him – did your pony enjoy listening to you read to him or did he just prefer looking at the pics?
5. Went to a Pony Club rally or a riding club clinic – how did you get on in your clinic or rally and do you have another one planned?
6. Took him to an arena hire – taking him to a new place must have been so much fun! Hopefully, he was well behaved and you’ll take him there again in the future.
7. Made some treats for your pony – we’re sure he would have loved this activity. Being head taste tester is a very important job, you know.
8. Cleaned your tack – your tack should now be looking super-clean and brand new again.
9. Spring cleaned the yard – isn’t it so much easier to find things when the yard is super-tidy?
10. Checked your pony’s paddock – is everything looking shipshape? Did you remember to remove all the harmful plants that might have been there?
11. Ponyfied photoshoot – was your pony the best model? If you haven’t done so already, include him in a TikTok video!
12. Sleepover with your pony friends – how would you rate your ponyfied sleepover?
13. Beach ride – team PONY are obsessed with beach rides and we hope you are, too!
14. Entered PONYgram – did you manage to spot yourself in PONY after entering PONYgram?
15. Completed quizzes from PONY mag – how many PONY quizzes did you get right?
16. Had a pony picnic – there’s nothing better than super-delish snacks with your fave pony on a sunny day.
17. Done some in-hand work – we’re sure you and your pony reaped the benefits of this.
18. Watched your pony spend time in the field with his friends – team PONY could spend hours watching their ponies in the field.
