  • wooden spoon
  • sieve
  • rolling pin
  • pony-shaped cutter
  • non-stick baking tray
  • cooling rack
  • photos of your friends’ ponies
  • icing in colours that match your friends’ ponies – white, milk and dark chocolate, and caramel-flavoured writing icing is ideal

Cookie ingredients

  • 250g butter, softened
  • 140g caster sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2tsp vanilla extract

Step 3

Ask an adult to help you bake them at 160°C for 12–15 minutes or until golden. Once cooked, take them off the baking tray and place them on a rack to cool.

Once cool, use the photos of your friends’ ponies to ice each cookie to look just like them!
