Make a donkey bookmark!

What you’ll need:

• two colours of felt
• scissors
• PVA glue
• black marker pen
• templates
• googly eyes
• faux fur off cuts

Step 1

Download and print your templates here and cut them out.

Step 2

Pin each template to the felt or carefully draw around it. Esme has done the head, body and tail in the same colour and the muzzle in a lighter shade – but you can mix and match!

Step 3

Using your scissors, carefully cut out all the pieces.

Step 4

With the PVA glue, stick the head onto the body. Then add the muzzle and tail.

Step 5

Draw two nostrils and a mouth on the muzzle using a marker pen, and stick on the googly eyes.

Step 6

Finally cut two small pieces of the faux fur and glue them to the head and tail.
