Are you a member of a Riding Club who has loads of awesome ideas to share? British Riding Clubs is looking for volunteers to become Junior Representatives, who can help make sure young voices are heard.

Anyone aged 13-18 can apply and you’ll be expected to talk to other junior members in your area, then pass on any feedback to your area rep and committee. You might need to attend a few meetings, too.

As well as helping make a difference for young riders in your area, you’ll be able to share your own ideas and you’ll meet loads of new people. Plus, it’s a brilliant opportunity take on more responsibility, and it’ll look great on your CV when you’re applying for jobs, college or uni.

Some areas need more than one junior rep, so it’s something you might be able to do with a friend! Here’s a list of what’s involved, Junior Rep Role Description.
