After a tough battle over the last few years, Park Lane Stables has finally secured its future home in Teddington

The team at Park Lane Stables are completely overjoyed that their only Christmas wish this year has finally come true – they’ve received the keys to their home in Teddington! They never considered giving up the legal battle even when times became very tough, and now they have a reason to celebrate.

Manor Farm Stables in Petersham has been the centre’s temporary home, allowing the team to continue doing what they love the most – sharing the magic of horses with others. Ed Bracher, Chief Executive at the RDA, has expressed his thanks to the whole team at Manor Farm Stables, who were the group’s saving grace in its hour of need by enabling the RDA activities to continue.

The Park Lane Stables team is still operating from Petersham for the time being and, after some improvements have been made to the site in Teddington, they’ll hopefully settle back into their home early in the New Year. Natalie O’Rourke, owner of Park Lane Stables, is so grateful for the support and kindness received on their journey and she’s delighted that the stables is able to carry on its 200-year history.

As a result of Park Lane Stables returning to Teddington, there are many exciting times ahead. They’ll be in control of their decisions, able to offer riding and carriage driving in Bushy Park once again and make their own plans for the future.
