We’ve teamed up with Pivo to share our love of ponies, and bring you an epic prize! Send in a photo of you and your fave pony for the chance to win everything you need to record, review and learn from your rides!

How to enter:

• Upload a photo of you and your pony – the theme is ‘my pony, my bestie’. Remember, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to enter!
• You must own the copyright to the image.
• If you don’t own the pony in the photo, get permission from their owner before entering.
• Only one entry per person – pick your very best photo!

Organizer

The “My Horse, My Bestie” Photo Contest (“Competition”) is organized by Pivo in collaboration with Pony Magazine (“Organizers”).

Eligibility

• Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child.
• By entering, the parent or legal guardian confirms they have permission for the child to participate and that all information provided is accurate

Judging & Winners

• Entries will be shortlisted by PONY and five potential winners will be sent to Pivo.
• The five shortlisted will be judged by a panel selected by the Organizers.
• Judging will be based on creativity, originality, and suitability for the theme.
• Two (2) winners will be selected.
• You must submit one clear image of you and your pony.
• You must have your parent or guardians permission to enter.

Prizes

• The Organizers reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Image Usage & Marketing Consent

• As part of the entry process, parents or legal guardians will be asked to opt in and provide consent for image usage.
• By providing consent, the parent or legal guardian agrees that the submitted photo(s) of the winner(s) may be used by Pivo Equestrian for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
  • Social media posts
  • Websites
• Images will only be used in a positive, appropriate, and non-commercially exploitative manner related to the Competition and Pivo brand promotion.
• No additional compensation will be provided for such usage beyond the prize awarded.

Parental Responsibility & Rights

• The parent or legal guardian confirms that they own the rights to the submitted photo or have permission from the photographer.
• The parent or legal guardian confirms that the photo does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the Organizers in writing; however, this will not affect materials already published.
