Valentine's Day is just around the corner so why not make these stunning pony shaped biscuits for your human besties! Ingredients: • 200g butter • 200g sugar • 400g flour • 1 egg • ½ tsp vanilla extract • Red food colouring • Extra flour for dusting to prevent sticking • Optional extras: cocoa powder, edible eye decorations and black icing pen Equipment: • Mixing bowl • Scales • Electric mixer or hand mixer • Wooden spoon/spatula • Rolling pin • Greaseproof baking paper • Baking tray • Pony head shaped cutter or cutter of desired shape • Small heart cutter Method: Keep watching to find out 👀 Top tips: • These will keep in a tin for 3 days. • You can make these biscuits with any colours and in any shapes you like!
