Having to miss that long-awaited lesson with your fave instructor is really disappointing. Where will you get your riding inspo now? Get online
There are sooo many amazing resources for you to check out on the web, but why not start with the PONY YouTube account? There’s heaps of exciting content that’s sure to keep you busy between lessons – learn to adjust your pony’s paces with Ros Canter at or find new ways to use poles with Pony Nuts and Ben Hobday
Top tip
Remember, check with your parents before looking for inspo on YouTube. You need to be at least 13 years old to have an account!
Aim of the game
Why not set yourself some goals to achieve between now and your next lesson? They don’t have to be super-scary and you can use your training diary or even PONY mag for inspiration. Why not use poles to help you ride the perfect circle or learn how to ace a cracking canter transition? Achieving your mini goals will help you feel really positive about your riding and give you something to boast about to your instructor when you next see them!
