Pony Magazine Big day out is geared towards readers up to the age of 18. It is our policy not to allow adults into Pony Magazine Big day out without children and, likewise not to allow children under the age of 18 into Pony Magazine Big day out without an adult to supervise them. One adult (aged 18 or over) may supervise up to five children. Adults must remain with the child/children under their care and on the premises at all times. Accompanying adults must purchase an Accompanying adult ticket. Accompanying adult tickets are only available when purchasing children’s tickets and cannot be purchased separately. Under-18s must purchase a child ticket. All ticket types will be checked upon arrival and you may be asked to provide ID.

PONY Magazine Big Day Out reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute riders, acts or activity providers and to vary the programme and timings.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or returned unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date.

FAQs

Is there parking?

Yes, it’s free and there’s plenty of parking on-site.

Can I bring my dog?

We do love all animals but due to the event taking place in an indoor arena, and there being lots of children around, we will not be allowing dogs in to the event (except for service dogs).

Will there be food on site?

Yes, the venue has catering on site. Please note that it will be busy during the interval.

Is there stuff to do during the signings?

There will be some activities to do during the signings such as colouring competitions and shopping at a small number of trade stands. The main show does not start until 11.30, so there may be some waiting around if you’re a morning signing.

I’ve got an afternoon signing, what time shall I arrive?

We suggest you arrive at 11am ready for the main demo to start at 11.30am. Afternoon meet and greets with the social media stars will get going once the main show has finished which will be around 3pm.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my baby?

No, you don’t need to buy a ticket for your baby and toddlers up to the age of 2 years old, however the child must sit on a guardian’s lap and not take up a physical seat.
