How to blanket stitch

- 1. Thread needle and tie a knot at the end

- 2. Pass needle through one sheet of felt

- 3. Pull thread through

- 4. Repeat, pulling the needle through both sheets this time

- 5. Pull thread through until you have a small loop

- 6. Pull the thread through the loop

- 7. Pull tight to create your stitch

- 8. Pull needle through both sheets again, 1cm along from your last stitch

- 9. Make a loop and pull through again to make next stitch

- 10. The stitch should look like this!

- 11. Continue stitching along the felt
