Duggie’s strip grazing woes

I love summer, it’s great! However, there’s one thing that I haven’t been looking forward to… the dreaded strip-grazing!

Valentine's Day, duggie bath
Kate tries to tell us every year that there are benefits to strip-grazing, like getting a bit extra every day, but I just don’t see why we can’t have it all at once! To be fair, Solly could probably do with losing an inch or two around his waist, but I (as always) am looking mighty fine – if I may say so myself?

Anyway, as I was saying, we heard Kate rattling around in the shed the other day and immediately knew what it was. That was where she kept the electric fencing and, before we knew it, it was up and on! We’ve tried getting through it before, but my did it hurt – deff not worth it. It seemed like Soloman had forgotten about this because as soon as Kate had gone inside, he cantered straight at the fence. To my absolute amazement he cleared it! After all, we were only stuck in here because he was looking on the chubby side. He spent the rest of the afternoon stuffing himself with grass and jumped back in to join me in the evening before Kate came out again. He was so full of sugar that he was sooo hyped all night and so annoying – typical!
See ya next time,
