Over the last week Team PR have been very privileged to work with a BBC film crew from prime time TV programme The One Show.

I can’t believe it – International Donkey Week is over. It flashed by in a whirl of smiling Donkey Weekers, braying donkeys and quite a few pieces of cake! We all had a fantastic time and it was sad to wave off all the supporters who had joined us for the week as the coaches pulled away from The Donkey Sanctuary on Monday.

Well the 29th International Donkey Week is well under way and everyone here at The Donkey Sanctuary is having a great time! More than 300 of our supporters are joining us for the week, and we get the chance to tell them all about our work, show them around our farms, and of course meet a lot of donkeys!
