Description
Coolie is a 9-year-old ex-racehorse. Only for sale as my daughter has given up riding and through no fault of his own. Really easy to do in every respect and is 100% to shoe, catch, box, in traffic etc. He needs a really confident rider who has the time to spend with him. He hasn't been ridden for a few months now, but he is great out hacking, alone or in company. Safe but can be fizzy unless ridden on a regular basis, at least a couple of times a week. Lovely paces and is very beautiful when plaited up. He is a keen jumper over poles & rustic fences and my daughter has entered several local show jumping classes at 3ft and above. He has always been placed. He is very funny and likes to 'help' when you're mucking out, he puts his head on your shoulder and grabs hold of whatever tool you're using. He is a windsucker, as a lot of ex-racehorses are, but he doesn't crib bite and wreck the stable, and usually only windsucks at feed time. Experienced, 5* home only.
